Job Description:
TruckPro, LLC, a premier provider of heavy-duty truck and
trailer parts since 1958, is seeking an experienced Account Manager
to join our dedicated sales team. This role is pivotal in
maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
in the automotive parts and service industry. As an Account
Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing
relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and
acquiring new business opportunities. Your deep understanding of
automotive parts, combined with your ability to effectively
negotiate and close deals, will drive your success in this
position. Cultivate strong relationships with existing customer
base to maintain and grow revenue. Identify and target potential
new clients, developing strategies to acquire their business.
Understand customer needs and propose solutions that align with
their business goals. Coordinate with the sales team and other
departments to optimize the customer experience and ensure timely
delivery of products and services. Monitor market trends and
competitor activity in the heavy-duty truck parts sector. Prepare
regular sales forecasts and reports, tracking against key
performance indicators. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Proven negotiation and sales closing abilities Ability to
manage multiple accounts effectively In-depth knowledge of
heavy-duty truck and trailer parts Competency with CRM software and
MS Office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certification in Sales Management (CSM) preferred Knowledge of
supply chain management and logistics is advantageous
