Germantown, TN. 38138 ROLE DESCRIPTION: Elvin Taylor State Farm has
held the title as the top producing Agency in the territory for six
consecutive years, we have the top 2 Google rated Insurance
Agencies in the city of Memphis, and we became the first local
Agency to open three locations because of our track record of
success! We are looking for a Sales Manager who is ready to LEAD
our Germantown location to the next level! This is a
SALES/LEADERSHIP role that reports directly to our Director of
Business Development. We offer paid licensing and training from
some of the best sales producers in the industry (And THE top
producer in the territory since 2020) and provide a blueprint for
success like none other! If you have the leadership capability,
passion, and desire- we can handle the rest! This is the role for
you! RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead by example in all facets of the
business including, but not limited to production, activity, and
ethics. Successfully lead other sales producers to meet and exceed
their sales goals. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in
representing our brand, both in and out of the office. Establish
customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service
can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance
availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers,
claim submissions, and billing clarification. Promote successful
and long-lasting customer relations. Aid in driving a winning
culture. Elvin Taylor State Farm Legacy has been 1 since 2020. We
are looking for individuals who are SERIOUS about being the best,
and willing to do the work to BE the best! Contribute to marketing
initiatives and outreach within the community. Track and analyze
business metrics to support growth objectives. Ensure compliance
with established policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative,
retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is required. P&C
licensing preferred (Life and Health may be obtained post hire).
Experience managing client relationships is preferred. A
positive/professional attitude. Excellent communication skills -
written, verbal, and listening. Dedicated to customer excellence.
Coachable and willing to learn. Able to effectively relate to
customer needs Ability to work closely with the Director of
Business Development to lead the Agency to surpass sales goals. The
Base Pay for this role is $55K plus commission and bonuses. A
strong candidate should expect to make $65,000 - $80,000 in their
first year!
