Job Description ***This role is located in our corporate offices

hospitality technology innovation.What will I be doing?As the
Senior Lead DevOps Pipeline Engineer, you will be responsible for
coordinating the development and deployment of different services
and applications, working to operationalize new applications, and
supporting agile teams by architecting Continuous Delivery (CD) and
Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines. This includes adding power
and flexibility to the CI/CD pipelines while maintaining guardrails
to enforce standard methodologies and working with Quality and
Security teams to coordinate automated QA and Security testing
capabilities.This job will require multitasking to help script out
solutions, build long-term solutions, and help keep
production/staging / development environments organized. Keeping
systems scaling and maintained is a main focus and experience with
infrastructure security to keep our data secure and protected.More
specifically, you will:
- Architect, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration and
Continuous Delivery environments as an impetus for aligning to
rapidly changing business needs
- Own and lead initiatives to define, design, and implement
DevOps solutions which include reference architectures and level of
effort estimates
- Evaluate and improve the software delivery and lifecycle as it
transitions from inception to release
- Design, architect, and implement next generation Cloud
architecture and automation solutions
- Provide technical leadership, project mentorship, and
technology implementation in various areas such as UI, COTS
applications, SaaS applications, APIs, Micro-services, etc.
- Perform profiling, fixing of existing solutions
- Build user documentation targeting both technical and
non-technical audiencesWhat are we looking for?We believe the
success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following
attributes and skills:
- Equally adept & passionate with both enterprise application
development and systems engineering.
- Proficient in a development language such as Java, NodeJS,
.NET, and/or Python.
- Capable of driving automation of processes, building tools, and
maintaining uptime/availability of large deployments
- Ability to work with containerized applications and deployment
using Kubernetes, Docker
- Experience supporting reliability efforts, on-call duties for
high traffic, and revenue-impacting infrastructure deployed in
cloudTo fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the
following minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience within Technology or
a related field
- Three (3) years of solid and demonstrated experience developing
enterprise applications using Java, NodeJS, .NET, or Python (at
least two [2] from this list)
- Five (5) years of experience working with CI tools such as
Gitlab, Jenkins, or Bamboo
- Five (5) years of experience working to architect, design, and
develop automation solutions that help reduce delivery cycle time
and support CD
- Three (3) years of experience working with Cloud platforms
(AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure required with a preference for
AWS)
- Three (3) years of Leadership Experience
- Travel up to 10% annuallyIt would be helpful in this position
for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of
Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+
years of Technology related experience
- Ten (10) + years of professional experience within Technology
or a related field
- Three (3) + years authoring Gitlab pipelines
- Three (3) + years of experience coordinating, tuning, and
configuring Kubernetes (AWS EKS preferred)
- Three (3) + years of Management Experience
- Five (5) + years working as a DevOps or SRE engineer
- Licenses or Certificates: AWS (DevOps, Solutions Architect)
